Encore’s residential division, known as “Hilltop”, has offered excavating and residential septic services primarily focused in Northern New Jersey and Southeast New York for over 30 years.

KEY PERSONNEL
Mark Eliassen
Mr. Eliassen has spent the better part of the last 30 years directing the operations of the residential division known as Hilltop Excavating. During this time, he has been responsible for the installation of over 1,000 residential septic systems throughout Northern New Jersey. Over the years Mr. Eliassen has developed a reputation for meeting all projects demands and deadlines while exceeding customer expectations. He is versed in both traditional and advanced septic technologies he has continued to adapt with the ever changing regulations and technologies within the on-site industry.
Ronald C. Houser, Jr
Mr. Houser has over 40 years of experience in the construction industry. A third generation contractor Mr. Houser has overseen and been responsible for thousands of home improvement and commercial projects. Mr. Houser installed his first septic system 30 years ago, but his expertise goes far beyond septic projects. As a general contractor and land developer, he is versed in all aspects of land development including but not limited to permit/approval acquisition, site work, building construction and finish work
