FIELD LABORER

These are not Operator Only / Truck Driver only positions. Qualified applicants will be required and expected to perform all aspects of work (if Qualified) on all job sites that are necessary to complete the job.

REQUIREMENTS:

Experience with onsite wastewater treatment systems (septic systems)

Must have X+ years of experience operating heavy equipment.

Class ‘A’ CDL Drivers License

Basic Mechanic Skills

OSHA /Hazwoper Certification a plus.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

-Knowledge and appreciation of heavy equipment safety and operation

-Skilled in excavation and safe operation of equipment, vehicles, tools, etc.

-Knowledge of equipment cleaning, maintenance and storage procedures

-Knowledge of basic first aid and safety procedures

-Ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks according to work schedule

-Ability to meet attendance schedule with dependability and consistency

-Ability and willingness to communicate, follow directions and work well with others

-Comply with all Encore of NJ, LLC policies and procedures including those outlined in the Employee Handbook.

Physical Demands:

-Ability To enter and exist heavy machinery while maintaining three points of contact, awareness of surroundings and multi-limb coordination

-Must be able to lift, push, pull and carry heavy objects (over 50 lbs.)

-Ability to perform free of drugs and alcohol; including prescription drugs that may hinder the ability to perform the essential functions of the job

Sensory Demands:
